Europe Airpost Returns to Halifax

For the second year Europe Airpost will offer service from Halifax to Paris. New for 2015, the route will include a stop in Dublin, Ireland.

The Paris route was launched last summer. Based on excellent passenger feedback, Europe Airpost decided to return to Halifax again this summer, this time with a stop in the Irish Capital.
 
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Europe Airpost back to Halifax and Nova Scotia,” says Joyce Carter, HIAA President & CEO. “This new air service to Dublin and return service to Paris connects our region with two very popular European destinations and complements our 2015 summer schedule of flights.”

The weekly service begins today, July 9 and runs until September 11, 2015.
 
“We are very happy to renew our route linking Halifax to Paris, and to offer, this year again, to our transatlantic customers our outstanding service characterized by a high quality of service, punctuality and attractive fares. With this route once again, we fulfill our slogan promise: planes for people,” declares Jean-François Dominiak, CEO of Europe Airpost.

The new route operates as follows:

Thursday
Departs from Paris-CDG 1:00 p.m. – Arrives in Dublin 1:35 p.m.
Departs from Dublin 2:25 p.m. – Arrives in Halifax 4:45 p.m.
Friday
Departs from Halifax 10:15 a.m. – Arrives in Dublin 8:05 p.m.
Departs from Dublin 8:55 p.m. – Arrives in Paris-CDG 11:30 p.m.
(All times specified are local).
 
The flights will be carried out with a Boeing 737-700, configured in a two-class lay-out, with a capacity of 130 seats: 16 in Premium class and 114 in Economy class.
 
Prices start at $769 for a round trip to Dublin and $839 to Paris. All taxes and baggage fees are included (within the authorized baggage allowance).
